Overview
Open Agents, Websites, open the website, then Performance, Social for the selected client’s connected accounts and recent posts. The former /platform/inbound/social link redirects here. Manage social connections opens Connectors, Social for connection changes. CRM Marketing Social keeps SalesHive’s company accounts separate.
How to use this page
Confirm the client scope
Choose the client workspace before reviewing Social. Accounts and posts belong to that workspace and remain separate from SalesHive’s company accounts.
Manage connections
Select Manage social connections to open Connectors, Social. Connect or reconnect there, then return to Performance, Social and select Refresh.
Refresh connected accounts
The Connected accounts table shows Account, Platform, Status, Posts and a Test post action. Select Refresh after completing sign-in or when you need the latest account state.
Test a connected account
Select Test post on an account, enter the post text, and optionally add a link or image. Instagram requires an image. Select Publish now only when you intend to publish a real post to that live account.
Review recent posts
Recent posts shows Post, Account, Published / attempted, Status and View columns. Review any failure message; View post opens a successfully posted item when its URL is available. To disconnect an account, use Manage social connections.
What the buttons do
- Manage social connections
- Opens Connectors, Social to connect, reconnect or disconnect accounts.
- Connect social account
- Appears when no accounts are connected and opens Connectors, Social.
- Refresh
- Reloads connected accounts and recent posts for the selected client.
- Test post
- Opens a composer for a connected account.
- Publish now
- Publishes the composed test post to the live account. This is a real external post.
- Cancel
- Closes the test-post composer without publishing.
- View post
- Opens a provider URL for a successfully posted item when one is available.
