Manage your own account: profile, password, and app appearance.

Overview

General Settings is where you manage your own workspace account: your profile, your password, and the app appearance. Update your name, change your password, and switch the theme to your preference.

How to use this page

  1. 1
    Update your profile

    Edit your name and review your email in the Profile section, then save.

  2. 2
    Change your password

    In the Password section, enter your current password, then a new password and its confirmation, and save.

  3. 3
    Set the appearance

    Use the Appearance section to switch the app theme (light or dark) to your preference.

What the buttons do

Save (Profile)
Saves changes to your name.
Save (Password)
Updates your password after you confirm the current one.
Appearance
Switches the app theme.

Common questions

Can I change my email here?

Your email is shown for reference. Account email changes are handled by an administrator.

I forgot my current password.

Use the password reset flow on the login screen, or ask an administrator to reset it.
